Deliveries
Things don't always go to plan. We use the most reliable and professional couriers, but once your box of milk has left the farm we have no control over your delivery. If for whatever reason a delivery is lost or late, we as the producer are not given any compensation due to the goods being 'perishable'.
As explained in our FAQ page the milk is as fresh and as cold as it can possibly be and the Wool Cool boxes are designed to keep things cold for a good 48 hrs, even in warm weather. This makes it possible to ship to the outer reaches of the country as delivery to some destinations can take 2/3 days. If your milk is a day late it will not have come to any harm so please do not refuse delivery; you will not receive compensation if you refuse delivery.

If you would like to change the delivery day this can only be done by contacting me personally. Please do not contact the carrier. You will not be compensated if you delay or change your delivery day once it has left the farm, as we cannot recall it.
If you order milk without stating a specific date, your milk may be delivered the day after we receive your order. If you don't give any special instructions for a safe place to leave your milk, we will instruct the driver to 'leave safe, no signature required'.
Customers will not be compensated for lost, late or damaged deliveries due to driver/shipping error.
